Recording with Quicksync video is no longer possible

Don't know what changes I have made to my system, but recording with QSV is no longer possible.

if i remember right on my quicksync times.
the feature is only avaible if a Monitor is Pluged Physical/Virtual to the IGPU other it self disable it
the dedicated is "primary" and bringts the desktop so without know your "physical" setup it looks for me you changed the "order" of the GPU or the physical connection of the display

Long time not used but this can be help little outdated but the basic's mostly intel never change
