Question / Help Recording with Elgato HD60 S Frame skipping?

Hello! I am trying to record Xbox One footage with my Elgato HD60 S using OBS Studio. I am trying to record Forza 7 gameplay at 1080p and 60fps. Though while recording I noticed there the video isn't smooth and there is something off, I think its skipping frames? I uploaded a video of the recording at : https://youtu.be/H2t8iE9GzK4

Recording took around 50-55% CPU usage and I am using the DirectShow drivers because the Game Capture HD drivers were worse and had more stuttering/frame skipping.

I will show the specs of my Laptop and my OBS video settings below, is there a way for me to record at smooth 60fps? I would appreciate some help. Thanks.

13:43:00.595: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 16/4255 (0.4%)
So usually people can't tell when less than 1% of the frames are skipped, and this is only 0.4%. You can tell on the playback that frames are being skipped? Does it look bad on other devices and other players?

13:41:49.148: [x264 encoder: 'simple_h264_recording'] preset: veryfast
Try changing the Preset to SuperFast. That should free up some CPU so that even fewer frames are skipped.

Yes, I uploaded a one minute recording in hope someone can help me identify what that stutter is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2t8iE9GzK4 especially past second 0:50 to the end the video seems to stutter or freeze for a split second then continue. Which is so weird since like you said its only 0.4% skipped frames and in the recording it looks much worse than that. Also yes, I tried it on different players and playing the YT video on other devices, it seems to be the same issue.

Okay! I will try doing that and get back to you, my output mode is on simple right now so when I change to advanced should I keep everything as it is? Sorry, I dont understand most of the settings on there. I will try it without changing anything other than CPU preset at first and see if I get results hopefully. Thank you!
