Question / Help Recording Webcam/Gameplay Separately causes choppyness in recording

I've been using OBS Studio for recording gameplay/audio, and regular OBS for recording my Webcam.

These are my OBS Studio settings: http://i.imgur.com/2czf9Au.png

Regular OBS Settings: http://i.imgur.com/IYJYToY.png

Currently i've been recording Witcher 3, and after watching someone elses video, i just realised how choppy mine was.

I'm using a GTX 970
CPU: i7 2600k
144 hz Monitor (With the game most likely running at 144 fps then)

I have tried recording without webcam, and the difference is obvious. I get the warning "High encoding" something something, aswell. (on regular OBS)

I have also attempted to use the h.264 encoder on OBS Studio, instead of the NVENC encoder, didn't make any difference at all.

Is there any solution to this?

Edit: Oh, and i notice none of this when ingame, it's strictly the recording that is choppy. The game, when i'm playing it, runs perfectly.

2. Edit: i just tried using Shadowplay instead, and there is no lag what so ever, even when recording webcam. So it should be possible for my computer to record this properly.
