Nvm i found the log this is the log:

Weak CPU

You appear to be using a Celeron CPU. This is a weak CPU which will likely not be able to stream well without significant resolution downscaling or low FPS.

Excessive audio bitrate

Audio bitrates higher than 128kbps are rarely needed for internet streaming. Consider keeping the bitrate around 128kbps for optimal bandwidth usage.

Excessive bitrate

Your bitrate is very high. For live streaming, your viewers must also be able to download at the bitrate you specified. Setting too high of a bitrate will cause your viewers to experience lag and your stream may also drop frames if the streaming service you use does not support such high bitrates.

Skipped frames detected

The video encoder is unable to encode your frames in realtime, causing skipped frames. This is often caused by running at too high of a resolution / FPS combination for your CPU. Try lowering your resolution and/or FPS. If you have changed the x264 preset, put it back to default (veryfast).

Late frames detected

60.00% of your frames are late. This means the frames are being generated later than they were needed, causing your stream FPS to drop. Late frames are often caused by slow sources such as monitor capture, slow video capture devices or by trying to run your stream at too high of a resolution / FPS.

If you are using a webcam, try to lower the resolution of it. If you are using monitor capture, try switching to game source or window capture. If you must use monitor capture, ensure Aero is disabled.

You can also try lowering the resolution or FPS of your stream if you have an older CPU.

See https://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=11641 for more information on how to resolve this issue.

Low frame rate detected

Your stream is taking an average of 101.11 milliseconds to render a frame. This limits your maximum FPS to around 10 FPS. The most common reason for long frame rendering times are:

  • Using monitor capture
  • Using slow devices such as webcams running at 1080p
  • Not enough CPU/GPU resources available for OBS
  • Running your stream at too high of a resolution / FPS for your computer to handle

NOTE: i only want to record Minecraft!! i do not want to stream with it or use it for another game maybe in the future or something for another game but not yet!!! and i maybe want to make Tutorials with it!! and im not using a webcam or Microphone!!

oh is there any possibily i can still record it?? maybe on a lower quality? i only want it to record 720p

i have Fraps but i do not have the Full version so it only records 30 seconds thats why i wanted to try out OBS!! do u maybe now another recording software for low end computers??
