Question / Help recording video freezes/Lag but audio continues.

If you don't already you really need to cap your fps in-game, go for a 30 fps limit.
Reduce settings in-game as low as possible, this will help a bit too.
I noticed in your logfile you reduce your resolution, 720p30fps with your APU system specs is what I would suggest playing games at whilst recording.
Your logfile shows you are really taxing your CPU...
- Try Ultrafast preset in x264 encoder options. You will have better luck with it.
- Try VBR instead of CBR, the bitrate is likely too low. VBR will allow for a dynamic bitrate with a target bitrate for the overall recording. This will help with a lower file size than what CBR will produce overall for similar quality settings. CBR is recommended for streaming usage due to the need to maintain a consistent data rate online with Video on Demand.
- Start with a value of 10k target bitrate, this will produce low quality recordings, should give you a picture instead of just audio...

You will still have issues in terms of performance due to your APU, however they should be nowhere near as severe as prior...

Can you upload another logfile with a few minutes' worth of recording (Like your last logfile) once you have made the changes in-game and in OBS please. Hopefully can further assist and will see a much better improvement.
