Is it possible to somehow record Uncompressed with OBS? Not lossless or H.264

I understand the file sizes would be massive, but from what I understand not only would the video quality be better, but since there is nothing to compress, there would be less CPU usage.

The video quality will not be better compared to lossless compression (hence it's called lossless - no loss in quality). A bit of compression is still desired as you otherwise will face issues with saving those massive to a drive. Lossless is already hard to store (e.g. UTVIDEO codec). 1080p60 is already something around 300-500 mbit/s with modern lossless codecs like utvideo that is included with OBS.

Saving uncompressed 8-bit RGB is not reasonably storable for consumer hardware.
For example, a 1-Minute clip of 1080p at 60 fps will result in 373 Mbyte per second. That's a 1.34 Terabyte file for only one minute.

TL;DR: don't do uncompressed. Use modern lossless codecs (utvideo, huffyuv, zlib etc.)
