Question / Help Recording turns out laggy

I've been trying to record CSGO videos for my YouTube channel. On my old laptop, OBS worked fine and I could record it with ease, but now after getting a new desktop, I can't get any content with the video I get. It runs the video smoothly for a second or two then freezes for a few seconds and repeats that process over and over. I have already tried many different settings but still no luck. Required computer specs:

Intel Core i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz
Asus H170-PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Asus GeForce GTX750 Ti 2GB STRIX
8GB (1x8GB) DDR4-2133 (Forgot the brand)
Windows 10 Home OEM (64-bit)

1080p60 is not possible with veryfast Preset on your CPU, turn it up to Ultrafast.

Another Tip would be using NVENC, because your CPU is the lowest Version of all the "normal" Skylake i5 which comes at a very low Clockspeed
