Hey everyone,
I've been having this issue for a while and I've also read through other forum posts where people had a similar problem. But nothing helped.
I set my OBS Studio to record 2 audio tracks for recordings. Mic and Desktop Audio.
I made sure to set the Audio Tracks in advanced settings to 2, I'm using MKV as a container (tried different formats), I named all the tracks in the audio tab.
Also set the tracks in Advanced Audio Properties accordingly. All instruments get a clear and steady signal in the monitor.
But when I record and open the file in VLC, I always, only get the first track. And it's also not named but just called 'Track 1'
I'm using Windows 10. Newest version of OBS Studio (22.0.2) and my Audio Input Device is a Scarlett 2i2, which works just fine.
Is there anything that I'm overlooking / anything you see that I'm doing wrong?
Thanks so much for looking into it in advance, this is driving me nuts for days now.
