Question / Help Recording Suddenly Laggy But Not My Game??

Ok so about a month ago, I started using OBS to record csgo gameplay, and about a week ago the recording was a little bit laggy but my game wasnt while i was recording but i just dismissed it because my computer had been on for about 6-7 hours, but then tonight I went to record some more gameplay, and once again, game performance was fine and the recording was laggy, even more so than the last recording was, my computer had been on for about 20 minutes. And for some reason I'm only having this issue in csgo, in other games like rainbow 6 and pubg the recording is fine even though they're both much more demanding games.

It went from this: https://youtu.be/l0_h3gKpIes

You seem to have your recording settings to "same as stream", recording 1080p at 2500 kbps is going to look awful. Try using one of the presets like "High quality, medium file size" instead.

If you changed settings and still have a problem, produce a log showing the problem with the new settings. No new advice can be given without new information.

Your CPU is massively overloaded.

19:42:49.981: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 61371/108838 (56.4%)
20:04:26.695: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 36919/77765 (47.5%)

Your GPU supports NVENC, doesn't it? Perhaps you should try that?
