Question / Help Recording stutters can anyone help?

Just trying to do a video for YouTube (Dy1an HD - Go subscribe :D ) and whilst looking back on the recording i realised it is stuttering badly.

Change Profile to High and use Game Capture instead of Monitor Capture.
