I have a 144hz monitor so i prefer 144 fps, but there is a problem, the recording is in 60 fps so it skips frames and the recording is really stuttery. Does anyone know a solution to this, so that i play at 144 fps and record in 60 with no stuttering in the video.

Thanks!

15:43:25.223: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 54/8953 (0.6%)

Tiny bit of encoding lag. Could probably be eliminated by turning off psycho-active tuning.

There is inherent judder created by downsampling 144 to 60 because this does not go evenly.

There are also issues in Windows 10 in running multiple displays from one GPU at different refresh rates.

Settings, Output, Advanced Mode, NVENC encoder, there should be checkboxes for features. The last two are lookahead and psycho active tuning.
