Question / Help Recording stuck, pixxels

Hello i am using ndi with 2 PCs.
I stream from my Gaming PC (GPC) zu my Streaming PC (SPC).
On my SPC the quality is perfect in the preview.
When I record i have the problem that the recording stucks, plays like slomotion and also pixxels are sometimes destroying the picture.
Bevore 2 weeks it worked just fine.
I am not sure if the new obs version cause this problem.

Because the preview ist just fine i should work like a charm.
My CPU Ryzen 1700 is not over 50% use while recording.

I wanted to test an older obs version. The problem is i found on github only the macos version?! Where did the older windows installer? Anyway... i tested ndi 3.2.3 and now it works fine. I dont know the problem because the preview looked great!

So i dont need any help.
 
It worked only foe one recording.
Now i have again these problems...
I really dont know why at all...

I dont know if it is ndi or obs studio related.
ndi it self works fine i think.
It should be obs studio but whats the problem?
