Question / Help Recording/streaming Video Quality are blurry? Elgato HD60

I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure I can optimize my stream's quality. Its nowhere near as crisp as I'd like it to be.

Bitrate isnt an issue, but whenever theres movement things get noticably blurry. What can/should I do?
