Question / Help Recording stops permanently

Hello

if I want to make a recording on OBS, after a short time remains the receiving stand (countdown is hardly or not at all more) and that happens quite often. Before, I could take with OBS and it happened nothing.

My PC data:
Processor: 4.3 GHz
Graphics card: AMD R7 370
RAM: 4 GB

Can anybody help me further?
