Question / Help Recording stops after 2 seconds and i have to hit record again , sometimes evenb corrupting the first 10-20 seconds of video.

So, i have been using obs for years without any problems , but recently there has been a quite a persistant problem . Whenever i hit record, be it directly or via a hotkey the recording would sometimes stop automatically after 2 seconds and will produce a 262 bytes file (this size is exactly the same to every instance of this error) . After that when i hit record again it would normally record , but it would sometimes corrupt the first 10 or so seconds of the video. I would like to have a way to fix this
I am using , NVENC H.264 with a gtx 1060 and an i5 6500
