Question / Help Recording, Stop & Go (With Log)

I am relatively new to OBS so, this may entirely be user error.
I am having issues with my recordings only showing every 2-3 seconds of footage with a 2-3 second pause which continues throughout the entire recording. This is new, as I have multiple recordings using the same setting. I used the Auto Detect Wizard in order to hopefully quell the issue, but it remains.
The game in particular, is Rainbow Six: Siege. Could the in game settings affect recording?

These three messages from 3 different records show that your CPU can't keep up. You can open Task Manager and watch CPU usage, and based on what you see you may have to close certain applications.
Try changing OBS' CPU priority in Settings -> Advanced so that it has some freedom.
Another thing that may help (though it'll make the video look slightly worse) is to change from the veryfast encoder preset to ultrafast.
