Recording "Stop" doesn't work

I've just installed OBS on a new MSI Laptop Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 288V 3.30 GHz, GPU Intel Arc 140V 16GB. I was assured that it would be good for processing HD graphics (I don't need 3D/4K etc). I've tried processing videos with Cyberlink PowerDirector365 and it works just fine.

Trying to us OBS for video capture from my HD Camera (via USB input) and external mic. Everything looks ok, starts recording ok, but when I press the "Stop Recording" button it tries but fails to stop. I have to kill the application to get out of it.

I have the latest GPU drivers etc.

Can you help?

Thanks for the response. I do have a Logitech camera, but don't use it for video recording. I use a Fuji XT-2 camera through a HDMI-USB adapter.

I hadn't, because I don't use the Logitech camera with OBS. But since you asked... I just uninstalled Logitune, and OBS is now recording ok.
I do use Logitune regularly. Should both OBS and Logitune work properly if I reinstall it now?
What are the conditions to ensure reliable operation... always install one before the other? Something else?

OK. I found a work around for the minimum controls I need for my Logitech video camera. It's not as good as Logitune. When do you expect Logitune and OBS to be able to work together again?

I'd recommend reporting this to logitech support.
