Question / Help Recording Slows Down and then Skips Ahead.

Whenever I record something using OBS the recording is always slowed down and then skips ahead every couple seconds, almost like my pc can't keep up with the recording.

My Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
16GB of ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080

5000 bitrate for 1080p is quite low and frankly not enough to be able to *******sustain********** it for long term stability at 60 fps.
Demand less and you will get more. You're also doing the same usual, casual mistakes that practically every new user is doing, you need to run as admin, control windows game mode, optimize settings to a level, clear out garbage you dont need etc. In short you havent done any research on good settings worth anything at all.

All tho this is like the 3rd thread recently with this kind of issue i've seen afaik, and all of you have some kind of wireless headset. Not sure how that interacts with the system. You should run a system dpc latency test.
