Question / Help Recording settings?

I'd like to get some help to fix my settings to fit my computer and for the smoothest and best recording possible.
Here are my computer specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50 GHZ 2.50 GHZ
Installed ram: 8 GB
Graphic card: 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX850M
64 bit
