Recording saved but Crashed?

Hey everyone, I make youtube videos and races in games, I recently made a fragmented mp4 recording and just now realized that out of full 20 minutes only the first 3 minutes are displayed and the rest is not decoded properly, BUT the file size is as big as a 20 minute recording (meaning that the lost data is still in that file?)
is there any way to bring it back?
I attached the log below, any help will do.

You may try to remultiplex damaged media file before importing it into editor. There is OBS main menu File > Remux Recordings (don't forget to give to the output file different name to not overwrite existing files).
