know why what. NVENC isn't working? what are you trying to do and what is it doing wrong. from what I can see your bitrate is extremely low. fps probably to low for NVENC i.e 10fps, which isn't going to work in most cases, you're using game capture for javaw.exe which I'm assuming is minecraft? I think you have to set to window capture for this. unsure. set fps to 30 and set resolution to 540p downscale


next time you need help you have to say what is wrong, or else dont expect an answer.
