Question / Help Recording Quality Presets

I would like to switch my output to advanced for recording so I can have multiple audio tracks, but I always have difficulty trying to recreate the quality that the preset for Recording Quality 'Indistinguishable Quality, Large File Size' creates for me.

How does this preset map to the advanced options, and what should I set to make it 1:1?

The settings depend on the encoder and on the output resolution. If you post a logfile of a recording session, we can tell you how the corresponding advanced settings may look like.

Is it safe to say this portion is the indication of how I should set my advanced settings?
