Question / Help Recording Quality For Streaming and Recording

I was wondering if there was a way to record you gameplay with a much higher quality while streaming at normal quality?

Ex. I would like to record a game and the local recording bit rate would be at 10,000 bit rate, while the streaming quality will be at 2,000 bit rate.

Is that possible?

Well you could start 2 instances of OBS with the -multi command line parameter and set one to streaming and the other for recording, but that would require a powerfull CPU.

Hhmm I have a FX8350 4.1GHz 4.4 Turbo, but I have to put my processing down from "Veryfast" to "fast" in OBS so the uploaded quality isn't crap looking.

I have a horrid upload. I noticed that there were 2 types of bit rate and according to OBS, they have to be equal. I can't look at my OBS software right now as I am not at home, but 1 seem like Streaming Quality bit rate and the other is Recording Quality bit rate. Any idea what each of them are for?
