When recording the quality is really bad, but when streaming using same settings (lower bitrate) it looks way better.
I use these settings:
Resolution: 1280x720@60
Encoder: QuickSync H.264
Target Usage: Quality
Profile: Main
Keyframe Interval: 2
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate 2000Kbps
Latency: normal
B Frames: 3
These are streaming quality..
When I use these settings in recording with 10000kbps bitrate instead of 2000kbps the video is really low quality.
