Recording problems in WIN10 after OBS 30.0.2 release

Hi! I'm using successfully and happily OBS since 2020 and had never a problem... Since last update I can't record neither video nor audio, I read somewhere that I had to update my sound card, but it's already updated.... Can you please help? I paste log file here:

Means that your CPU is too old for new OBS. Try erlier version OBS (v29.1.3 or similar).
Or you may try to change encoder from hardware QSV to something else in OBS settings.
