Hello i have a problem when recording anything with OBS, it first started off with Arma3 when i recorded it i relised that it had black bars around it, so the video was kind of cut/trimmed away, i will leave a link to Imigur with all my settings and a picture of what happend.
EDIT: This happens to everygame, even when i'm trying to record my desktop so it's not a problem with Arma3

I tried alot of methods however i'm open to try them again after a clear installation of OBS.

Here is a link to images of my settings and scenes, hopefully this problem is possible to resolve.

Don't do monitor capture.
Fit your sources to screen. (Right-click -> position/size-> fit to screen)

And if your display isn't a 1920x1080 screen, expect black bars.

The weird part is my Display is 1920x1080, i did what you told me, i still get black bars like nothing has changed.

EDIT: I done this using the game capture source. not the whole screen record

Like Harold said, don't use Monitor Capture unless you absolutely have to. Game Capture or Window Capture will nearly always look better and be easier to use.

Have you tried viewing the video in VLC? Windows Media Player is known to give inaccurate representations of OBS recordings. I'm actually surprised it loaded your video at all.

Don't worry, this happens all the time. It's really only window's fault for including what can only be called a "bad" media player in their OS.
