Question / Help Recording/previewing/streaming freezes after 5-10 seconds

So I cant seem to record with action so i got this and it is way better, except for the fact it freezes after 10 seconds...WHY! I finally get a recorder that works, but when i see the recording its frozen after less than 10 seconds! please help me!
