Recording output video lagging but sound is ok

Hi,
I setup a recording using Display capture as Source. The output audio is okay, however, the video is lagging. I set the Recording Quality as High Quality, Medium File Size, format mkv and encoder Hardware (QSV)... did I miss any other settings? Hope you can help me :)

We'll need to see a logfile from a recording session at least 30 seconds in length to see what's going on.
Open OBS, start recording, make sure the problem happens, stop recording, go to the Help menu, Logfiles, Upload Current Logfile, and paste the URL it gives you here.
