Question / Help Recording output file with Alpha

I've got a stream set up that takes in a green-screen input, and correctly chroma-keys it (tested by trying to place an image behind the input). I'm now trying to export the chroma-keyed data to a file. I've tried all the formats supported (MOV, MP4, FLV, etc), and searched all over the place looking for some switch to enable RGBA8 or similar color space.

Any tips?
