Recording Original NES Hardware - Terrible Quality - Video Link Available

Hello,

I recently acquired an original NES and wanted to record some gameplay footage, but after reviewing the recording, the quality is terrible. Here's the setup and a link to a portion of the video so you guys can see what I am talking about.

I have both an Elgato HD60 X and an Elgato RCA Capture Card.

I have tried going directly from the NES to the Elgato RCA cature card, then USB into my computer. I've also tried using an RCA -> HDMI converter and going from the NES, to the converter, to the HD60X (via HDMI), then USB into my computer, but the quality on both is just bad.

I'm not an expert on video formats, or anything like that. I just want my recorded video to look like it does on my CRT (or at least close to it.) I've also tried other recording software, but they all produce the same result.

Here's a link to a few seconds of video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_vsR_zMVjc

P.S. I tried finding the answer on my own, but almost all of the information is for using emulation and not original hardware.
