@dping I installed OBS MP and after slight adjustments in various settings, I think I got it. Video is smoother by a lot (only skips occasionally now instead of constantly) and not seeing anywhere near as much artifacts/pixelation/grain as what I started with. Not perfect, but much much better than it was. Not thinking I like the idea of uninstalling the driver for my Naga. This is the same issue I'm having with XignCode3, it also doesn't like razer products and I believe it is unreasonable for a software developer to expect you to ditch your hardware because their code clashes with it.
Don't I know it...7 case fans and 2 cpu fans on a raised heat sink all on max without OC...
I would like some tips on ways to further improve the quality AND smoothness of the video if possible
@Skip Gently from what I have found so far, tweaking is the key. After as much time as I have spent tweaking, I am seeking help to further improve, but the improvements suggested will be more tweaking and it will be more trial and error. Take your own log file and have someone much more experience suggest WHAT to tweak. But overall, the OBS MP/Studio works better than the OBS Classic on Windows 10 for MY machine.
