Question / Help Recording only captured 30 minutes Worth out of 5 hours worth of gameplay

I stream and record on obs, I recorded all of my gameplay before i started the stream and during, now when I stopped recording with a total of around 5 hours worth of gameplay, it only gave me 31 minutes off that start of the gameplay. How can I get it to save all of the time that i have recorded?
