Recording NVIDIA NVENC AV1 not showing up as option?

The only way now I get it back to work is by erasing all data by hand from all folders and go over the registry and delete there all leftovers. Install it fresh and just copyied the "basic" folder back from the old install. Now it shows up with the correct NVENC AV1.

Plugins that where installed in the past:
StreamFX
Streamelements
Advanced Scene Switcher

Plugins that where actual installed
Tuna
Spectralizer

You can pick the faulty one :-/

Indeed, I came here for similar reasons and I had to reinstall StreamFX. I ran the installer, it uninstalled and reinstalled itself, and now everything's fine. FWIW
