Question / Help Recording not smooth

I have been trying to figure out why i am not able to get smooth gameplay recordings with obs , have used dxtory as well and the recording as compered to dxtory recordings are not smooth and feel a bit choppy

stick with crf for recording x264
use vsync in game
desktop refresh=60=ingame refresh (if there is switch for it)

you may want to offload cpu and consider using quicksync icq mode

alright il try and post here again

btw i have gsync monitor so i don't enable vsync in games

Then, you may going to have this trouble: Games run at 1% GPU Usage
Studio counts intervals for the capture. If output varies in fps, then capture can stutter.
