Question / Help Recording netting odd results

So I used this guide: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=2972

Which produces great video the problem is despite playing fine in Media Player Classic (This is the video's info according to it):

Windows and most every other program read it like this:

Putting it through Handbrake and using an RF of 1 solves this issue but degrades my perfect 320 AAC audio to 250-something and it's an extra long step I could do without.

I tried reinstalling uninstalling using the 32 bit version I got nothing.

Are you using CRF 0? It's likely the additional things that go into lossless mode are not as well supported by other software.

Yes.
Other software I could see, it's the fact that Windows reads it this way that gets me.

Also CRF=1 seems to fix the issue. Wanted lossless though.
