I am recording content for my work (~2.5 hours in length). I have had multiple instances where I'll complete a recording in the MKV format, but when I go back to remux to MP4 a few hours later, the file is now 0KB. It was initially something like 6GB.
Window will not allow me to open the file except with a text editor. In the text editor, there is no content shown. The most recent occurrence happened today. I'm assuming there is no way to prevent this from occurring, but can I change settings or take precautions to prevent it from happening again?
