Question / Help Recording Minecraft

Alright, when I record, I have no lags while playing, but when I stop recording and look at the play back, the screen seems to zoom in and out, is there anyway I can fix this? Also, it's really blurry so help with that too will be great, open to any suggestions.

Disabling Dynamic FOV will likely fix the zoom issues.
The rest is likely quality settings, my advice there is no good.
