Question / Help Recording looks like a slide show

I am trying to record a video for my YouTube channel but it is very choppy even though I record in 60fps, 1366x768p in .flv format. My CPU usage barely at 5% and I use Software (x264 low cpu usage) for my encoding.

Whatever else you're running on your system, it's not leaving any cpu time available for OBS.

Sorry, I'm new here. I didn't know what a signature was, I thought you typed that.

I'll try to lower on the background processes and lower my settings in game. I'll see if that helps
