Recording looks fine on preview, but as soon as i switch to game it gets choppy

I have a Samsung book E20 with no modifications, i literally installed obs yesterday and am using it to record gameplay and start a gaming channel. Whenever i start recording and switch tabs to the game, the recording starts lagging altough the game itself is fine, how do i fix this?
