Question / Help Recording Lagging/Freezing

Hello,
I decided to post in this forum because I couldn't add a single bit of info about this and it's driving me crazy.
So, I just downloaded OBS and for a trial run I decided to record a drawing I was working on, but when I looked back at the video, several bits are either lagged or frozen.

I think you just need to mess with the settings, this happened to me on my older laptop. Some computers just can't handle recording higher quality videos. I recommend doing a Google search of "OBS bad computer settings" if your computer IS not the best. I could completely be wrong, but this is what I did when MY computer was freezing, I might be completely wrong.
