Not getting any better, in fact it got worse.

18:12:21.387: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 488 (5.1%)

Some suggestions.

Got another monitor to test? No warm & fuzzy feelings about AOC over here.

Fire up GPU-Z, make sure your 3070 is operating @ x16 4.0.

DDU already mentioned.

I noticed your monitors are listed as DISPLAY 6 & 7 in the log. Check Device Manager & see if there's some dead wood (!) in there. If so, delete them. I have (3) monitors connected ATM.

Here are a few screenshots. I just saw the option to optimize OBS in the Nvidia app. I only have these AOC monitors to use. I'm a little confused on what exactly DDU would do for me, I'm new to most of this.

GPU-Z & Device Manager look good. If there are remnants of an older driver or there is a driver conflict on your system, DDU will find & remove them. Don't go there yet. Rendering lag dropped back to 1.5% with the 2nd monitor removed.

Are you re-scaling on the GPU?

I'm not sure how I'd re-scale the GPU or where to find it. I am also having an issue where my computer randomly crashes and restarts. I don't know if it's related or a different issue. I 've fixed the crashing in the past (no auto reboot while user logged on) all of the settings are the same as I left them.

It is only about a year old that I know of. It is a HP Omen 40L I bought it refurbished from Microcenter. I have their warranty. I should probably take it to them at this point.

The random crashes are bad news. Power issues, overheating, failing hardware. Run the tests see what happens. Take advantage of the warranty if needed.

Cinebench added a GPU test with v24. It's giving the VRAM in my 3090 a good workout. Drawing lots of power too, 350 watts.
