Bug Report Recording lag/incomplete

After update (19-04-23), does not record full PowerPoint presentation. Start OBS recording, start PPT Slideshow with audio. OBS Stop Recording button seems 'sluggish' to nearly unresponsive. When I review Slideshow that should be around 9 minutes, size is only 3-4 minutes. At some points during slideshow, recording of slides halts (audio continues), with apparently no recording of remainder of slides or audio.

Same happened to me. Recorded a 1:30:00 hour presentation, only 00:59:10 left on the record after I stopped recording.

Was the first time I used OBS, so I wasn't sure I was proceeding correctly, but clicking on Stop recording didn't stop it, I should click a second time.
I assumed first click stopped the recording and needed to wait to record the buffer content, but on a second attempt, 20 min after a first click it was still recording... and same happened, I lost the end of the record session.
