Recording issues

Hello,

I have been pulling my hair for the past few days trying to figure out this issue.

So I use OBS to record gameplay (fast-paced racing/drifting footage). However, my recordings are not smooth and have stutters.
My PC specs:
AMD RX 6900 XT
Ryzen 5 3600
16GB RAM.

I have opened OBS as an administrator and the recordings are being saved on a standalone SSD which is used only for this purpose.
When playing the GPU usage does not go over 80% and the CPU over 40-45%.

I record in 1440p/60fps and here are the settings I found that these are best from what I've tried:

There is no evidence of issues in the logs as well.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Turn off Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling
Your encoder is overloaded Try 1080p60
Also, turn Game Mode off

Yeah tried those, unfortunately, the recording is still inconsistent even if I increase the QP values. BTW should the two QP values be equal and what you guys usually use for those
