I notice that some games are chopy when I record them and some aren't I only have a 4gb graphic card since both my monitors are only able to go 720p 60fps so is there a way to fix this.

Even More details a single Frame Have and Even More movement in it is
the image quality change from frame to frame not frome to game

More details increase Bandwidth
more movement increase bandwidth
but you not have more bandwidth so the quality goes down until its in the limit
and if the movement goes down or the details go down the quallity back go up
