Question / Help Recording Issues on tablet

I work for a church that is looking at beginning to record/stream part of the service for online viewing. About a year and a half ago, I streamed a separate project with my tablet through OBS and everything went perfectly - no lag, no resolution issues. Yesterday, after recording the service, I rewatched the video and noticed a huge spike in lag. I took a look at the log files (linked below) from the recording and saw that I was missing a massive amount of frames.

I compared the log files from yesterday with the log files from a year and a half ago and noticed that between then and now, the resolution was bumped up about double. I have since switched my streaming and recording resolution back to where they had previously been. However, I'm completely new to using OBS or any streaming/recording software, so I don't know how to read all of the data that I'm getting, so I wanted to share it with folks smarter than I to see if there's anything else I might be overlooking that would be helpful.

Thanks in advance!

In your "Good" log, you're encoding at a resolution of 1080x720. In the "Choppy" log, you're encoding at the much, much larger resolution of 2160x1440, which is significantly increasing encoder load on your processor. I recommend you apply a significant resolution downscale in your Video settings.
