Hi, I want to record a game with OBS, but they recordings look "torn". I can't think of any other word. (see screenshot)
I am using a relatively freshly installed Kubuntu 21.10 without proprietary graphics drivers. My graphics card is a Radeon RX 570, and I installed OBS from the normal package sources and from Flathub.
To make sure that no junk from an older installation causes problems I deleted the OBS folder in .config. It doesn't matter if I use the screen capture (XSHM) or the window capture. Result is unchanged. I let the automatic create the settings and did not change anything else.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Unfortunately, I also have no idea what terms I would have to search for.
