Recording issue

I have OBS configured for Recording my Cam and Desktop. Recording Amazon Prime or Netflix. The videos stream is great until I hit the Start Recording button in OBS. Almost immediately the video starts to have streaming issues from either service. I have watched multiple videos and read OBS Knowledge Base, prior to configuring OBS. I am really hoping its just one setting I have set incorrectly, but I would appreciate it greatly for any assistance so I can resolve this issue!

The log file has no recording session on it.
The iGPU may not be suitable for all the plugins you're using.
Norton isn't suitable for anything recording or streaming related.

If you are trying to record copyrighted material, you have to contact the copyright owner for permissions and copies suitable for the purpose you're wanting.

Should I remove the plugins and try testing?

You are both recording with OBS and the source record plugin with x264 as your video encoder. Swap both over to the intel quicksync option and test again, your CPU cannot handle what you are trying to do.
