Question / Help Recording issue

I don't think my laptop is strong enough to stream, so I am going the route of recording my videos and thdn posting them to YouTube etc. I have a Dell inspiron 15 -5547 with an intel core I7. My issue is I have looked up many videos on recording setting and nothing seems to work well. For example when I record ATS everything runs smoothly until I load in and start driving, on all my videos that I have recorded become very choppy and skip around can anyone help?

I've tried that a few times now when I click upload last it tells me "Could not resolve host: obsproject.com" so I tried the current log and it tells me the same thing. So I then tried show log files and I see the log information what would like me to do?

2 ghz dualcore with HT without GPU can't handle that workload
