Recording is not as smooth as the gameplay itself.

So i've been figuring out how to make my recordings smoother. Everything is so smooth in the actual game(roblox) no lag at all and Im using 120fps in game, then 60 fps for recording in obs. I did almost every setting that could solve the issue and improve quality, but nothing seems to work. I am using a 3060ti, Ryzen 5, so I don't really have any problems in terms of hardware. I also upgraded my monitor from 75hz to 165hz, Im not realy sure if monitor refresh rates can actually affect your screen recording, some people says they do and some says it doesn't. My log files are also good no issues detected. But I tried to use my old monitor one time and i set it to 60hz then started recording turns out the recording got smooth, but it's not really the best refresh rate when it comes to gaming. I was expecting a much smoother recording after my monitor upgrade but turns out the recording is not really good. I even disabled some possible setting that can cause those laggy recording like turning of the G sync, I also disabled hardware accelerated gpu, I also changed my power options to ultimate performance. I even checked my task manager and both 3D and video encoder is all good they're both within 40% usage even when Im usingmaximum graphics in game. I also asked in the discord community for help but I still can't find any solution. But I do feel like there is still something missing that I haven't done yet.
