So what has been happening is I've been trying to use every software you could imagine too record Team fortress 2 and Borderlands 2 for a while now and none of them seem too work. I have tried OBS,Fraps,Camtasia,Action!,Nvidia Shadowplay, so pretty much I have tried everything that I can too record these games and I kinda came too the conclusion that is is probably something wrong with my PC since I did build it and it was my first time. But here are my specs incase anybody reading this was wondering:

CPU-Intel i5 4690K (No OC Also Stock Fan)
Mobo-MSI Z97 G45 Gaming mobo
PSU-Corsair 500W
GPU-Asus Strix GTX 960 4GB
RAM-Corsair Vengeance 2x4
HDD-Western Digital 1Tb

Also I am using a 3 monitor setup one is an Asus VG248QE 144hz connected to the gpu and the other two are pretty standard monitors at 60hz connected to the motherboard. I really appreciate anyone reading this if you could help or just even give me some tips on what you think might be wrong with this then thanks a lot

Hey I know it's been a minute since I wrote anything on here but the same thing is continuing too happen on this monitor even when I proceed too unplug the other two monitors like other people have said too do. I honestly am stuck on this and have no idea what I should do too get my gameplay too look good and be smooth because going back too 60hz isn't an option it is just too laggy for me I really appreciate the help from anyone willing.
